Boarding

Why should you board your "best friend" at our hospital?  We already have a personal relationship with your pet(s). We know all of your pet’s medical history and individual needs. This will give you peace of mind knowing that any medical problems that may arise will be taken care of by your pet's own veterinarian. Your pets boarding experience is always unconditionally guaranteed.

Boarding Business Hours:

Monday - Saturday: 7:30am - 6:00pm

Sunday: CLOSED

Holiday Hours: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day: CLOSED

New Years Eve and Christmas Eve: Open 7:30am - 1:00pm

 

All pets must be current of the following vaccines:

Dogs

  • DHLPP (Distemper)
  • Rabies
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
  • Leptospirosis

Cats

  • CVRP (Distemper)
  • Rabies

 

All pets must have an In-House Fecal done within 12 months at Animal Medical Clinic at St Johns to test for intestinal parasites.

All pets must be free of external parasites i.e. fleas

All necessary de-worming for intestinal parasites and flea treatment will be done at the owner's expense. 

If your pet is on medication or on a special diet please inform us so that we can continue his/her medications and diet while boarding. 

We will  provide all your pets needs while boarding, to avoid loss of your special belongings please do not bring items such as bedding, feeding dishes, toys, etc. 

A contact number will be required in case of an emergency.  

A bath is recommended and offered at a discounted rate.

A deposit may be taken at drop-off and payment in full is due at pick up.

Bathing

If your pet is in need of a medicated bath, flea bath, or just a day at the spa, AMC can provide all your bathing needs. 

All baths include:

  • Shampooing
  • Ear cleaning
  • Nail trimming
  • Blow dry
  • Brushing
